Payment Methods
PMC offers two distinct payment/billing options in order to ensure that you are able to take advantage of our services.
Insurance
PMC will be accepting insurance including Medicare and various commercial insurers. Although we are not currently able to accept insurance, you may contact us here to inform us of what insurance you have and we will contact you when we are able to accept that insurance.
Direct Primary Care
DPC is a newer payment/billing option that may be right for you. This method involves paying PMC regular monthly amounts with no additional bills from us. Whether you need a fixed monthly charge or have a high copay or deductible or have no insurance at all, DPC could be right for you.

PMC fees are as follows:

Onboarding: $150
This is a one time fee at the beginning of care.
Annual: $150
This is a yearly fee due at the start of care and every 12 months thereafter.
Monthly: $75
This is the monthly amount to continue care.

These fees will not change based on how often you require visits or care.
