Primary care is important to maintaining or achieving the best health that you can obtain. Regular visits are important especially when you have chronic health conditions.

We are here to meet with you and others you want involved in your care, in your home. We obtain vitals, discuss health conditions, prescribe medications, and build plans for health with you.

We will also obtain blood and urine samples that will be processed at local labs, as needed.
​
We provide the stabilizing care that is difficult to obtain when getting to a doctor's office is a stressful or impossible task.
Dr Veldt
Dr Veldt has spent more than 10 years working with people in their homes.​​​

They trained as a family medicine physician at Sparrow in Lansing and has been in the Kalamazoo area for 12+ years.

They appreciate that chronic illnesses can mean setting goals if fewer hospital visits and incremental changes within the limits of each person's ability.
​
They also understand that medication are only part of care and that those around you can contribute to not only their understanding of your conditions but also your ability to maintain health.

They are agender and enjoy the company of their cats and bingeing TV shows when not working.
